Shawn Tate brings two decades of millwright experience and safety-sensitive industrial knowledge shaped by work across chemical and port environments, including major operations in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. He also serves as a trade school instructor for several Northwest apprenticeship programs. We believe safety education works best when it is direct, relevant, and delivered in the environment where people apply it.
